JANUARY 16th: GEORGE BRADT- Successful author, entrepreneur and executive coach who lives in Stamford.
Topic: Have you thought much about the ‘messaging’ you are sending to your children? Years from now, when your child reflects back on the 2 or 3 things that Dad made clear to them, what will they be? What are the messages you want your kids to be sure to remember all of their lives, and how can you be getting them across?
George Bradt, author of Back-To-School Chats, Advice From Fathers to their Sons and
Back-To-School Chats, Advice From Mothers to their Daughters (Lulu, 2009), will lead us in a discussion about what sons and daughters remembered, and help us think through what we might want to have our children remember (and apply!) for the rest of their lives. What will our children remember and be guided by?
Parents often feel responsible for setting their child's life compass. What messages are your kids hearing from you? George Bradt will lead a lively positive discussion on determining what your message should be and how to best get it across.
If you would like to know more about our speaker, author George Bradt, you can learn more about him and check out his books before the session at http://www.backtoschoolchats.com
