With campas violence in the news we need to understand how we as parents can keep our kids safe while away at college. Rich and a team of college administrators will advise you on current safety measures in place and tips to keep your mind at ease, and our kids safe. We will also discuss another hot topic: texting, sexting and internet concerns.

Mr. Colangelo Jr. and the team will also be speaking with the GHS seniors on April 30th. Sorry, kids only...

Mr. Colangelo, a father of four children, ages 10, eight, four, and one,
is a veteran speaker on Internet safety for kids. He is a graduate of Norwalk State Technical College, the University of Connecticut
and the Quinnipiac School of Law.

In addition to his work as an assistant state attorney, he has taught in the criminal justice program at Norwalk Community College since 1995. Colangelo is a public member of the Board of Examiners for Psychologists, board member of Fairfield County Safekids and the Human Services Counsel in Norwalk.
